SAVE THE DATE!
Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church and Church of Our Saviour are teaming up once again with Crossways Camping Ministries to provide an awesome VBS experience the week of August 17th. VBS will be held at Immanuel-Trinity, located at 20 Wisconsin American Drive.

This program is open to all children in our community.

Children finishing 1st - 6th grade will attend Monday through Thursday, 9 am until 3 pm, and Friday, 9 am until noon. The cost is $20.

Children age 3 through those finishing kindergarten will attend from 9 am until noon, Monday through Friday. The cost is $10.

AFTERNOON EVENTS (for older age group)

• Martial Arts America's "Children's Stranger Protection Program"
• Water Games with Crossways Camp Counselors
• Fond du Lac Fire Department
• Singing at Woodlands Senior Park

What to bring for afternoon activities:
Tuesday: swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water bottle

Children in the older age group need to bring a lunch Monday through Thursday.

CAMP-STYLE SERVICE & ICE CREAM SOCIAL
Crossways staff will lead a special camp-style service Thursday night and an ice cream social will follow! The kids will sing some of the songs they learn at VBS. Invite your friends and family!

DAILY CHECK-IN PROCESS
For the safety of our children, parents are required to sign their children in and out each day. Thank you for your cooperation. Please do not bring children to VBS before 8:45.

FOOD DONATIONS NEEDED

• 5 bags of popcorn
• 8 boxes of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios
• 6 (1 lb) box Raisins
• 8 (12 oz) bag of M & M's
• 8 lbs of sausage - please ask deli to slice
• 9 lbs of cheddar cheese - please ask deli to slice
• 3 (lb) box of Crackers (Ritz, Townhouse, etc.)
• 2 bags of pretzels
• 2 boxes Ziploc sandwich bags

REGISTRATION
Registration deadline is August 1st. Please register as soon as possible for planning purposes.

WE NEED YOU!
Lots of help will be needed to make this program a success! Whether you are able to help out the entire week or just a day or two, your help will be truly appreciated! Adult and youth volunteers are needed to teach the younger age group, assist teachers, assist camp counselors, clean at the end of each day, set up and take down tables and chairs each day, work in the kitchen, greet parents, help with daily sign-in and check-out, usher and greet Thursday night, kitchen help for Thursday night's ice cream social, etc!

Studies show that youth who attend a church related camp week are significantly more likely to remain active in faith after confirmation, and even more likely to remain active in congregational life throughout high school and after college. Crossways programs not only strengthen youth but also build the Church!
