Our Saviour's congregation is currently led by Pastor Bob Rosenberg, and governed by a Congregation Council consisting of nine members who are elected to three-year terms on a rotating basis. The Council appoints Ministries and hires staff as needed, in consultation with the Personnel Ministry. Current staff includes a parish administrator and administrative assistant in the church office, along with a bookkeeper, treasurer, and custodial staff. The music ministry is staffed with an organist, choir directors, and praise band leader/accompanist.
Lay leadership is strong in this congregation, with many of our ministries designed and/or led by lay members of the parish, including the bereavement and Befrienders' groups.
