Fondy Food Pantry

The Fondy Food Pantry was introduced in our community in the early 1970's by Pastor Richard Englund, who served as pastor of Our Saviour's from 1971 to 1976. The Pantry was housed at COOS from the beginning through 2008, and continues to be assisted by volunteers from our parish. Contributions of non-perishable food and money to buy food come from several participating churches, organizations and individuals. Food packages are dispensed upon request from parish pastors and area social service agencies, who identify and deliver to the families in need.
